Here you are, looking for a way to enter a festival for free and have a great time.
But becoming part of Masters of Trash depends on more than that. We cannot take everyone. To join the crew, we need to know that you come with the right intention, the right motivation, and the willingness to be part of something bigger than yourself.
That is why filling out the application form properly and thoughtfully is so important. It helps us make sure that everyone will have a great time, and that the crew stays strong.
We work as one.
Every day we support each other and move as a team.
No matter who you are, you become part of something bigger. You are not alone here.
Respect, sharing and looking out for others is what keeps the crew strong.
We live together in a shared crew camp.
Your tent is your space, everything else is family space.
The camp is safe, enclosed and built for comfort, with kitchen, chill areas, electricity and water.
Respect for the space and for each other is essential.
You work around five hours per day in a team.
The work is simple, active and social.
Tasks include keeping the space clean, supporting the flow of the festival and handling trash logistics.
After the event, we stay to leave the place clean.
You receive a full ticket refund, meals during the event and access to the crew camp.
You also get something more valuable, a shared experience that is intense, social and unforgettable.
